Feature and functional capabilities are highly customisable according to the customer operations. DISTRiX allows maximum flexibility beyond the scope of this document.
The pricing module is subject to customer specific requirements and will be customized accordingly. The starting point is the three dimensional pricing matrix: customer, product and group. Obviously both customer and product groupings can be formed. Products are priced according to where the customer is found within the matrix i.e. as an individual or within a group.
Additionally prices can be set according to the product individually or when it is found within a trading group. Prices flex according to specific trading terms ( i.e. volume discounts ) and across a variety of pricing algorithms. For example discount down, margin up, cost plus and default to price list.
Pricing may be done in any currency and reverted back to the home currency.
