Management Reports

Feature and functional capabilities are highly customisable according to the customer operations. DISTRiX allows maximum flexibility beyond the scope of this document.

Standard predefined management reports are available from each functional area of DISTRiX. Additionally reports drawn from the database will be specified as part of the parameterization phase. Data can be exported to any third party modelling system or relational database for the creation of 'what if' scenario plans.

All data to associated modules (e.g. inventory, warehouse despatch, sales ledger, purchasing, manufacturing and CRM) in real time and shares the common database allowing order to promise off expected purchased or manufactured inventory. Full customer history is held for up to fifteen years. Sales orders and quotes are available and transacted in multiple currencies according to site.

Information can be retrieved from DISTRiX in a variety of ways appropriate to the user requirements and role. These options range from pre-defined reports and enquiries through to end-user queries for loading industry-standard PC office applications.
