SOP is designed to require the minimum number of clicks to order completion yet offer full information. Customer and inventory data is accessible by any fragment of product information (name, product code, telephone number, postal code) or attribute (e.g. size).
All data to associated modules (e.g. inventory, warehouse despatch, sales ledger, purchasing, manufacturing and CRM) in real time and shares the common database allowing order to promise off expected purchased or manufactured inventory. Full customer history is held for up to fifteen years. Sales orders and quotes are available and transacted in multiple currencies according to site.
High volume inbound telephone traffic may be managed through DISTRiX call centre. Features including operator availability, phone call duration, number of calls and operator journal to name only a few.
