Within the DISTRiX team services are underpinned by a 7 step deployment methodology. This methodology is commercially and technically proven with major installations both within the service scheduling arena and the supply chain solutions area. A detailed verbal review will be required to appreciate the strength of the deployment methodology utilised. However, services are not simply a collection of deliverables. Service is a set of attitudes underpinning and governing everything that is done. Attitudes such as managing the customers' expectations ensuring that there is never a surprise.

We are lighter on our feet and do not support huge bureaucracies and so we have succeeded in large, medium and small sized organizations against competitors many times our size. Our success has been with demanding organizations such as Cellnet, Pentax, and Seiko. However, we also recognize that smaller organizations may have needs even greater than their multinational cousins do.

Training:
To ensure your people and your business can get the best out of the solution. Apostolic training approaches are most commonly utilised such that users gain a strong appreciation of the feature functionality of their own solutions.

Support:
To ensure your solution is running in top form whatever the problem. Support services can be made available in varying levels of cover from 9 - 5 weekdays to 24 hours x 365. Both onsite and remote VPN support options can be available with negotiable service level response and fix times.
